**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing information about our used vehicles and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, generating leads, and achieving set sales targets.

**Qualifications**

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Customer service-oriented mindset

Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously

Good problem-solving skills

Proficient in using CRM software

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Fluency in Tamil and English is must

Fluency in any other language is a plus
