**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise the packing and assembly teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Allocate daily tasks, manage workloads, and monitor performance to ensure all production goals are met.
- Provide continuous coaching, training, and support to improve employee skills and foster a positive work environment.
- Address any team conflicts or performance issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Assembly Process Oversight**:

- Oversee the assembly process of wooden products, ensuring proper assembly techniques are followed.
- Ensure products are assembled with attention to detail and adhere to quality standards and specifications.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve assembly-related issues or defects.

**Packing Operations Management**:

- Supervise the packing team to ensure products are packaged securely for shipment, minimizing damage and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper labelling and documentation of packed items.
- Monitor packing materials and ensure adequate stock levels for smooth operations.

**Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all finished products meet the required quality standards and specifications before being packed.
- Conduct regular quality checks during the packing and assembly process to detect defects or inconsistencies.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

**Inventory & Resource Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials (e.g., boxes, tape, buffer) and coordinate with the team to avoid shortages.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production and packing processes, including quantities packed and items shipped.
- Provide regular reports on assembly and packing performance to management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, error rates, and safety compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Experience (5+ years) in supervising packing and assembly teams within the manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing processes, including assembly and packing techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and packing issues in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with manufacturing or warehouse management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
