**Urgent requirement for the Travel helpdesk profile.**
**Location**:Pitampura, Delhi
**Salary**:Upto 20k
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers regarding travel inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, hotel bookings, transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking issues, complaints, and special requests.
- Process travel bookings and ensure all arrangements are correct, including confirming reservations, sending itineraries, and following up on special requests.
- Offer alternative travel options or solutions in case of cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
- Collaborate with travel agents, airlines, and hotel staff to address customer concerns and make changes to reservations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, promotions, and service offerings.
- Track and resolve customer complaints or queries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, queries, and feedback.
- Provide after-hours support during emergencies or urgent situations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection standards.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service or travel industry role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of booking systems, flight, hotel, and car rental processes.
- Proficiency in travel management software (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
