**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to stay ahead.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
- **Sales Planning and Strategy**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
