Key Responsibilities
- Leading mid to large scale projects (20,000 to 1,00,000 sqft) from concept to construction stage
- Good Design and Presentation skills
- Client interface
- Consultant Coordination
- Coordination with Quantity Surveyor, familiarity with BOQs
- Good GFC drawing and site coordination skills

**Software**

- **BIM (preferable, not mandatory)**

**Preferable**
- BIM proficiency
- Client interface experience
- Consultant Coordination experience
- Coordination with Quantity Surveyor, familiarity with BOQs
- Worked in Design Intensive architecture studios - 15 to 20 people,
- Familiarity / past living experience with climate and culture in Delhi.
- Interested in long-term growth in the studio (ideally not planning
- Masters, or any other personal movement at this point)
- Familiarity with quick turnaround of projects while maintaining design quality

EXPERIENCE:
- 5 to 7 years work experience
- Advanced knowledge of BIM. At least two projects executed on BIM systems and workflow
- Worked on detailed design, tender and GFC - execution stage of at least one medium ( at least 20000 sqft ) to large scale complex project, with centralised HVAC and complex services.
- At least one and preferably more projects independently managed as project lead

Qualification - B- Arch

SALARY : - 40,000-55,000

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
