Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and certified Scrum Master to lead agile teams in
delivering high-quality software products. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach team
members, manage impediments, and ensure smooth sprint execution. This role demands
a blend of technical understanding, servant leadership, and agile mindset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams.
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Help teams improve their Agile maturity over time.
- Ensure transparency and accountability through metrics and reporting.
- Foster a safe and trust-based environment for open communication and

experimentation.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align practices across the organization

**Qualifications**:

- Experience range - 5-8 years
- B.E./ ME (CS/EE) / MCA/Graduate or equivalent higher-level degree
