Responsibilities:

- Developing relevant study material and modifying existing materials according to the Entrance Curriculum.
- Ensuring above-average feedback from both students and centers.
- Creating new mock test series specifically for relevant Entrance examinations.
- Recording regular class sessions for online upload.
- Conducting regular sessions in schools, educational tie-ups, and other forums to address large groups of students and/or parents, providing information on "Career options after Class 12th" while effectively promoting the Success Mantra brand.
- Researching and developing learning objectives and study material for undergraduate entrance exams.
- Analyzing trends and patterns in previous year's exam papers to ensure that training modules, including in-class assignments, practice papers, and full-length mock papers, align with the ever-evolving patterns and structures of Entrance examinations.
- Regularly collaborating with internal team members and external faculty to maintain consistency in curriculum delivery.

**Education and Knowledge**:

- Individuals from diverse educational backgrounds are also welcome, as long as they have the passion to contribute to society through teaching and mentoring young students.

**Experience**:

- At least one or more years of experience in delivering Aptitude Classes.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and creativity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct classes at various Success Mantra Test Prep centers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular/Permanent.

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
