We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Verbal Faculty to join our team and help aspiring students excel in their CAT MAT exams. As a Verbal Faculty, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive verbal reasoning and English language training programs to equip students with the necessary skills to succeed.Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver high-quality verbal reasoning and English language training sessions for CAT MAT exam preparation.

2. Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and study materials that align with the latest exam trends and requirements.

3. Conduct regular assessments to track student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide personalized feedback.

4. Provide guidance and support to students in developing effective strategies for tackling verbal reasoning questions.

5. Stay updated with the latest changes in the CAT MAT exam pattern, syllabus, and question types.

6. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.

7. Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential by fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Verbal Faculty or similar role with a strong track record of helping students achieve excellent results in competitive exams like CAT MAT.

2. In-depth knowledge of verbal reasoning concepts, grammar rules, vocabulary enhancement techniques, reading comprehension strategies, etc.

3. Strong command over the English language with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

4. Ability to effectively explain complex concepts in a simplified manner that resonates well with students.

5. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools is desirable.

6. Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

7. **Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
