This is a full time position bases at the jewellery museum executive you will be responsible for overseeing the operations curation and promotion of the jewellery museum. You will play a pivotal role in preserving and showcasing the museums collection while also managing day to day administrative takes engaging with visitors and developing strategies to enhance the museums profile and revenue streams.

**Key responsibilities**

1. Curatorial duties - manage the museums collection including acquisition conversation and documentation of jewellery pieces

2. Develop and implement exhibition plans ensuring that displays are engaging informative and aligned with the museum objective

3. Collaborate with curators historians and designers to create compelling exhibition that attract diverse audiences.

**Operation management**

1. Overseas all aspect of museum operation including staffing budgeting scheduling and faculty maintenance.

2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulation, safety standard and ethical guideline for handling precious artefacts.

3. Implement best practices for collections management including proper storage handling and display of jewellery item.

**Visitor engagement**

1. Provide exceptional customer service to museum visitor addressing inquiries guiding tours and facilitating educational programs.

2. Develop outreach initiatives to attract new audience and engage with the local community school and culture organisations.

3. Utilize digital platform and social media to promote museum event exhibition and educational resource

**Strategic planning**

1. Develop long time strategies to enhance the museums reputation visibility and financial sustainability.

2. Identify opportunities for revenue generation such as fundraising campaigns sponsorship deals and merchandising partnership.

3. Conduct market research and audience analysis tailor museum offering to the interest and preference of target demographics

**Collaboration and networking**

1. Foster relationship with stakeholder including donors sponsors government agencies and industry partners.

2. Collaborate with other museum culture institution and academic institution to share resource knowledge and expertise.

3. Represent the museum at conferences symposium and industry events to promote

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
