We are looking for an Experienced Office Assistant ( Female ) for our Company
You need to have well developed communication and customer relations skills
- Answering calls and explaining the services offered by the company.
- contacting new and existing clients.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Make Appointments with clients
- Taking and processing deals in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- Social Media presenter.
- Manage Walk-in customer in Friendly and professional manner.
**Requirement**
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree must
- work experience required 3-5 years as office assistant or similar Role in sales or marketing Department
- Exceptional Oral and written communication skills
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
