**Profile Introduction**:
The Barista Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, managing a team of baristas, and ensuring high standards of customer service. This role involves coordinating staff schedules, maintaining inventory, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of baristas and support staff. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to ensure the availability of products. Maintain relationships with suppliers.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards for beverage preparation, presentation, and overall shop cleanliness. Ensure that all coffee and food items meet company standards.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, including promotions, events, and special offers. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage the budget, control costs, and ensure profitability. Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.

**Profile Requirements**:

- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a barista, in a supervisory or management role in a coffee shop or similar establishment.
- Proven experience in managing a team, with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and supervising staff.
- Proficiency in managing daily operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and implementing health and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
