**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising and managing daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Monitor work progress, check materials and workmanship, and report any deviations from plans to the senior site supervisor or project manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain daily site records, including work progress, material usage, and workforce attendance.
- Assist in resolving any on-site issues or challenges in a timely manner.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and to identify any potential hazards or areas for improvement.
- Support the preparation of progress reports and documentation for internal and client use.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and site management practices.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous internship or practical experience in civil construction.
- Familiarity with local construction practices and materials.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
