- _**Dusts the room and furniture.**_
- _**Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.**_
- _**Cleans the bathroom.**_
- _**Cleans the closet.**_
- _**Vacuums and racks the carpet.**_
- _**Checks and secures the rooms.**_
- _**Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.**_
- _**Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards**_
- _**Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests**_
- _**Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning, etc.) as required**_
- _**Cleans guest bathroom/bedrooM/Floor corridor.**_
- _**Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.**_
- _**Maintain positive guest relations at all times.**_
- _**Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.**_
- _**Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.**_
- _**Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation**_

- _**Empty trash containers**_
- _**Remove all dirty terry and replace with the clean par to the designated layout.**_
- _**Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up, and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub, shower curtain, and floor.**_
- _**Replace facial, toilet tissue, and bathroom amenities in the correct amount and location.**_
- _**Inspect the condition of bathrobes and replace soiled/damaged ones.**_
- _**Remove dirty bed linen and make up the bed with clean linen.**_
- _**Replace laundry bags and slips.**_
- _**Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust and debris. Ensure correct amount and placement of hangers, extra blanket/pillow, and a luggage rack.**_
- _**Dust and polish all furniture.**_
- _**Realign furniture to the floor plan.**_
- _**Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.**_
- _**Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area.**_
- _**Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.**_
- _**Attends to guest calls, and guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.**_
- _**Authorise to enter guestrooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement.**_
- _**Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.**_
- _**Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.**_
- _**Update the status of rooms cleaned on the assignment sheet.**_
- _**Return and restock cart at end of shift.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,086.00 - ₹12,412.53 per month
