**Job Title: Social Media Executive**
**Location**: Mumbai
**Department**: Marketing / Digital Media
**Reports To**: Social Media Manager / Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and publishing engaging content, growing our community, and driving brand awareness through strategic social media efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, schedule, and publish original content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Create and manage social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track growth, engagement, and campaign success.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to produce high-quality content.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing or partnership campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in managing social media accounts or digital content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
