**About the Job**:

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include **overseeing the preparation of shift schedules, monitoring calls, evaluating, recommending, and coordinating certification/recertification training, and supervising staff.**

**Dispatch Shift Incharge Qualifications/Skills**:

- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility.
- Word processing skills.
- Spreadsheet preparation.
- Administrative writing and reporting skills.
- Organizational skills.
- MS Excel.

**Work Days**: 5 days/week (Rotational)

**Job Location**: Mohali

**Shift **- Rotational Shift

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
