DNAScale is expanding its team in Mohali and looking for talented individuals to fill these key roles: Dispatch Supervisor What You'll Do: Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring smooth freight movement. Lead and mentor a team of dispatchers & coordinators. Resolve operational issues and optimize route planning. Maintain strong relationships with drivers, clients and carriers. Requirements: 3+ years in Canadian/US trucking dispatch/logistics (supervisory experience preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication (verbal & written). Dispatch Coordinator What You'll Do: Manage driver assignments, schedules and real-time tracking. Coordinate between shippers, carriers and customers. Ensure compliance with Canadian/US trucking regulations. Handle load planning and troubleshoot delays. Requirements: 1+ year in Canadian/US dispatch.
