**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our international import and export processes. This role requires a strong understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations for international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with carriers and customs brokers.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Certifications in logistics or supply chain management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
