**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Production Support**
- Assist in day-to-day food repacking operations (weighing, sealing, labeling, packaging).
- Monitor and record production data such as output, wastage, and downtime.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Support supervisors in material handling, line clearance, and shift-wise documentation.

**Quality Assurance & Control**
- Conduct basic quality checks on repacked products (weight, seal integrity, labeling accuracy, visual inspection).
- Assist in sample collection and preparation for lab testing.
- Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) on the shop floor.
- Maintain and update quality records including inspection reports and batch documents.
- Report deviations or non-conformances to the Quality team for corrective action.

**Dispatch & Logistics**
- Assist in checking finished goods against dispatch schedules and customer orders.
- Support in palletizing, labeling, and supervising loading activities.
- Maintain dispatch records, including product quantities, batch numbers, and delivery details.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure only approved stock is dispatched.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
