_Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and creating sales quotas for the team and individual sales representatives_
- _Creating and executing strategic plans as determined by market trends and historical data._
- _Managing team performance reviews and creating reward programmes for top performers_
- _Managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to improve their skills, ensure they achieve a high professional standard, and help them achieve their monthly sales goals_
- _Generating and presenting monthly sales reports to executives_
- **Education and professional qualifications**_
- _Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies_
- _Exceptional customer relationship management_
- _Strong written and verbal communication skills_
- _Sales management experience is a plus_
- _Fluent in Hindi and English_

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
