**Position**

Executive Accounts
- Responsible for accounting, statutory, taxation and administrative compliances - from data entry level to Final Accounts preparation through with ERP accounting software.
- Custodian of book keeping, documenting and recording of all general ledgers, payment certificates and finalization of sub-contractors and supplier’s billings in accordance with the terms and conditions of agreements and orders.
- Responsible for all accounting activities including debtors and creditors controls, preparation of bank reconciliation statements, maintenance of account books, up-keep of daybook and ledgers, computation of TDS of parties and staff.
- Bill scrutiny, TDS management from sub - contract billings, banking transactions.
- Preparation of closing of accounts passing of adjustment entries, like provision for depreciation on fixed assets, current assets, current liabilities, inventories and work-in-progress.
- Online submission of IT challans, IT returns, ROC forms, ROC returns, TDS challans, TDS returns, Sales Tax returns, Service Tax challans, Service Tax returns, issuance of TDS certificates both parties and staff.
- Interpersonal skills & Good communication skills.
- Knowledge in ERP / Updated version of Tally is preferred
- Analytical bend of mind.
