**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all on-site activities for residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Interpret and implement design plans, layouts, and specifications on-site.
- Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with the design team to align project execution with design goals.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on site progress and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing interior design or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and multitask.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
