RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 1.RECORD THE IN AND OUT ENTRIES OF ALL SPARE PARTS IN THE SOFTWARE/EXCEL DAILY PURCHASED AND USED.

2.CHECK WHETHER ALL THE SPARE PARTS/LUBRICANTS AND INVENTORY ARE ORGANISED PROPERLY IN THEIR RESPECTIVE STORAGES AND ASK HELPER TO ORGANISE THE INVENTORY WHEN REQUIRED.

2.MAINTAIN STOCK OF RUNNING INVENTORY AND PREPARE PURCHASES AND SERVICING LIST OF SPARES OR REPORT THE MANAGER ABOUT THE RUNNING STOCK IN EVERY 2-3 DAYS.

3.RECORD AND MAINTAIN PURCHASE RATES OF ALL INCOMING SPARES.

3.CHECK FOR UNUSED SPARE PARTS AT THE END OF DAY AND ASK HELPERS/MECHANICS TO HAND OVER THE SAME AT THE STORE.

4.RECORD VEHICLE/CRANE SERVICE DAILY IN THE SYSTEM AT THE END OF DAY AND APPROVE WITH THE MECHANIC/SUPERVISOR.

5.MAINTAIN ALL THE CRANE SERVICE RECORDS (OIL CHANGE,FILTERS CHANGE,ETC.) AS REPORTED BY THE CRANE OPERATORS/MECHANIC/SUPERVISOR.

6.MAINTAIN ALL THE SPARE PARTS SERVICE RECORDS AS REPORTED BY THE MECHANIC/TECHNICIAN.

7.MAINTAIN RECORDS OF ALL SPARES GIVEN TO OPERATORS/HELPERS/CRANES.

8.REPORT TO THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER EVERY WEEK ON THE CRANE AND SPARE PARTS SERVICE RECORDS.

9.REPORT TO THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER IMMEDIATELY IF ANY OF THE SPARES ARE MISSING OR IF UNUSED SPARES HAVE NOTBEEN RETURNED.

10.CHECK LIFTING TOOLS AND TACKLES OF ALL THE CRANES ONCE IN EVERY 15 DAYS.

11.PREPARE LIST AND REPORT TO THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER OF THE SPARES DEMANDED BY MECHANICS/OPERATORS/HELPERS.

12.REQUEST FOR QUOTES OF SPARE PARTS TO VENDORS AND PREPARE PO AS INSTRUCTED BY MAINTENANCE MANAGER.
- REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A STORE KEEPER/STORE MANAGER AT AN AUTOMOBILE WORKSHOP,automotive or truck parts warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility highly preferred.
- SKILLS:

- 1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2.Excellent organizational skills.

3.Basic understanding of automotive parts and mechanical systems.

4.Basic mathematical skills to develop and maintain invoices and inventories.

5.Proficient with or able to quickly learn the inventory system.

6.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs.
- EDUCATION:

- HSC/DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
