**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and property developers in Gandhinagar.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale and evaluate market trends.
- Present our services to builders, highlighting the benefits of working with us to sell their properties.
- Negotiate commission agreements and contracts with builders and property owners.
- Coordinate property listings, marketing materials, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property viewings, showcase properties to interested buyers, and facilitate negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to make informed sales strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Gandhinagar and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Gandhinagar region.
- Experience in handling sales negotiations, contracts, and client relationship management.
