**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
¾ - Develop architectural concepts based on clients' needs, vision, and market trends.

¾ Lead the development of architectural concepts from inception through schematic design ensuring innovation, sustainability, and feasibility.

¾ Collaborate with project teams to explore and define design possibilities aligned with project objectives.

¾ Prepare concept designs, sketches, diagrams, and high-quality renderings to communicate ideas effectively.

¾ Present design proposals to clients, ensuring that the designs reflect both aesthetic aspirations and functional requirements.

¾ Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.

¾ Work with senior architects and project managers to ensure concepts align with budget and technical constraints.

¾ Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape) to integrate their inputs into the conceptual design.

¾ Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainable practices, and innovative design technologies.

¾ Utilize design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, V-ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar platforms to produce compelling visual representations.

¾ Participate in client meetings and presentations to gather feedback and refine design solutions.

**Requirements**:

- B.Arch. minimum
- Proven experience as a Design Architect or similar role in a design firm or architecture studio.
- Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in design.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
