Job Title: Senior Proofreader

Position Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous and experienced Senior Proofreader to join our team. The

Senior Proofreader will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all written and design materials. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and elevate our proofreading processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance of consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all written and design materials, aligning with company guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and cross-functional team members to uphold quality standards and meet project deadlines effectively.
- Provide expert feedback and guidance to junior proofreaders and team members, offering insights for enhancing clarity, coherence, and overall effectiveness of design content.
- Play a key role in the development and upkeep of comprehensive style guides, glossaries, and other reference materials to support the proofreading process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in proofreading, editing, or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of excellence.
- Exceptional command of the English language, encompassing grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax, with an acute attention to detail.
- Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance in a professional and tactful

manner, fostering collaboration and growth within the team.
- Proficiency in proofreading tools and software such as Grammarly, Hemingway, etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

environment while managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 06 months

Pay: ₹202,290.10 - ₹1,051,293.04 per year
