**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Procurement Executive, your role will involve the following responsibilities:

- Procurement of raw materials and bought out parts for Plastic Molding, Rubber, and Sheet Metal.
- Generate daily raw material requirements based on consumption.
- Work closely with production planning and inventory control to ensure timely material ordering for production.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and negotiation.
- Generate purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Prepare MIS reports and perform regular reconciliation to track material usage and expenses.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the QA team to resolve any development or quality-related issues with procured materials.
- Assess and manage supply risks by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the price and quality of materials purchased.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Good knowledge of the market and materials used in procurement.
- Ability to understand part drawings.
- Strong knowledge of different types of Sheet Metal, Plastic, and Rubber Parts.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to work with drawings and PPAP.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve procurement challenges.
