MOL Information Technology (MOL-IT) provides customised ICT solutions to the MOL group of companies in the domains of shipping, logistics etc.

"Started in 1997, the MOL-IT group has grown considerably with its four offices in Kolkata (India), Hyderabad (India) ,Mumbai (India) & Hong Kong, and a combined staff strength of over 225 software and management professionals."

It is gearing up to expand its breadth of software ICT solutions for the existing customer base and diversify into different sectors outside MOL.

**Job Profile**

The Support Specialist would be responsible for and providing support for Microsoft M365 products, MOL-IT Inhouse Products, Server health checks, alert monitoring etc.

The core responsibilities include: -- Handling initial responses to user queries and tracking issues until they are resolved. This involves managing user accounts and providing necessary training
- In charge of onboarding/offboarding users.
- Assigned group, file level permissions in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 Teams.
- Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping track of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system.
- Primary On-site support for Microsoft 365 issues.
- Providing technical support to users through the analysis and resolution of technical problems.
- Regular Health checks for various Servers,

**Required Skill & Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for managing professional correspondence and providing clear instructions to end-users.
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently is a key requirement. This includes initial response, problem logging, and issue escalation
- Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving is important
- Willingness to work in shifts to provide 24x7 support, including morning, day, and night shifts

**Experience & Education**
- Resource must have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
