Sales Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Experience in CRM, from optimising processes to building dashboards and
running reports
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to run sales reporting and forecasting with ease and present reports
- Great presentation skills and the ability to convey complex topics and solutions
in a clear, easy-to-follow way
- Efficient collaboration & teamwork
- Deep knowledge of the sales process, including rigorous follow up and updates
- Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand
experience and customer satisfaction
- Nurturing strong relationships with customers
- Processing new sales leads
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Provide support to other team members when required
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team
is on board
- Prospecting for leads, outbound reach and cold contacts to assist the sales
Team.
**Skills Required**:
- Seeking opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector.
- Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets and continued
expansion among existing clients.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Directly assist the Head of Business Development.
- Help with market research, lead generation, attending client and partner
meetings as well as supporting local marketing activities.
- Prepare materials, join brainstorms and help capture research output.
**Bachelor's Degree Required**
