**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **marketing campaigns** to promote movie releases, events, and theatre offerings.
- Conduct **local area marketing (LAM)** activities including distribution of flyers, banners, posters, and tie-ups with local businesses.
- Collaborate with **schools, colleges, and corporates** for bulk bookings and special screenings.
- Promote offers, loyalty programs, and weekend events to increase audience engagement.
- Handle **social media pages**, post updates, and coordinate with design teams for digital creatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and prepare **weekly/monthly reports**.
- Identify and engage influencers, local media, and bloggers for word-of-mouth promotion.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure promotions are effectively implemented.
- Attend movie launches, preview shows, and public events as a brand representative.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Any degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- **1 to 3 years of experience** in marketing (preferably in cinema, entertainment, hospitality, or retail).
- Strong communication skills in **Tamil and English**.
- Basic knowledge of **social media marketing** and tools like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities and promotions.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Passion for cinema and understanding of audience behavior.
- Self-driven, outgoing personality with good networking ability.
- Basic knowledge of **Canva / Photoshop** is a plus.
- Flexible to work on **weekends, holidays**, and **movie release days**.
