Civil & Structural Draughtsman with Water. Effluent & Sewage treatment plant knowledge shall be able to perform the roles and responsibilities as below for tendering as well as detail engineering stage

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overall role will be to prepare 3D models and 2D drawings in support of engineers.
- Will work in a team of Engineers and Technicians.
- Experience with Industrial projects (Water treatment, Waste water treatment plants, Water transmission and distribution system) and related facilities.
- Experience in projects for Multinational Clients is an added advantage.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Preparing 3D models in Revit and Extracting the drawings in 2D CAD.
- Preparing Reinforcement drawings.
- Extracting Bill of Quantities for all items pertaining to the structure from REVIT.
- Establish and maintain quality systems and procedures
- Manage the protection of all drawings, including the safekeeping of back-ups etc.
- Maintaining the drawing control registers for projects
- Liaise with engineers and draftsmen from different disciplines.

**Minimum qualifications, skills and experience**
- Diploma in Civil Engineering as minimum or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Maximum)
- Previous experience in Civil/Structural Design and drafting.
- Great technical knowledge of latest software (Rebar cad and AutoCAD)
- Great technical knowledge of latest Revit software, Civil 3D, NAVIS works.
- Experience in detailing of structures for water and wastewater treatment plants, Water transmission and distribution system.
- Knowledge of BIM would also be advantageous
