Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for Designer - Civil and Structural with offshore experience in the revamp projects.
- Responsible for supporting the objectives of the Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality Policy and Information Security Management Policy by adhering to applicable Procedures and Work Instructions while fulfilling of duties.
- Ensure all work to be carried out with a positive attitude towards safety, both in design and in the office environment.
- Preparation of Offshore(Structural) Drawings/Models in accordance with India Operations Technical Work Instructions, India Operations standards and Client standards, Plot Plans and latest Vendor Data.
- Coordinates work with other Designers.
- Ensures History files are up to date with respect to the deliverables responsible for.
- Coordinates with other disciplines as and when required.
- Keeps abreast of the project strategy and key drivers.
- Report changes to the Lead Designer/Lead Engineer.

Skills / Qualifications:

- Trade Certificate of Industrial Training Institute in Civil Draughtsman/Mechanical Draughtsman (Essential)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering (Desirable)
- Exposure to Offshore Structural Detailing(Essential)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering Design environment and exposure to Offshore-Structural Detailing
- Experience in FEED or EPC Engineering design in Project Execution (Desirable).
