**Job Description: Female Sales Executive - Interior Company**

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and target potential clients in the designated area to achieve sales targets.

2. Actively prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads and opportunities.

3. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to showcase our products and services.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.

7. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management on a regular basis.

8. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.

9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

7. Own vehicle preferred for field visits and client meetings.

8. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

**Salary**: 40,000 - 80,000 INR per month (Salary negotiable based on experience and performance)
