**Role: Consultant Psychologist (Associate Manager)**
- Scheduling consultations and follow ups for clients with clinical psychologists (understanding core process and Mfine app functioning)
- Case formulation & development of treatment plans for various mental health care programs.
- Devising wellness & EAP modules for corporate programs
- Supervise performance of in-house care team Psychologists.
- Participate in mental health research programs at Mfine.
- Participate in the creation of digital mental health tools & trackers.
- Maintain program records & progress tracks.
- Contribute to innovative mental health content creation in the form of blogs & videos.
- Conduct mental health related webinars and talks for Mfine corporate clients.
- Monitor ongoing CBT long-term care program.

**Work hours & benefits**
- Full-time position of 8 hours/day
- 6-day work week
- Nature of work is going to be Hybrid Module.

**Education & experience required**
- Mphil in Clinical Psychology /PsyD in Clinical Psychology /Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology withRCI registration/ Master’s in psychology
- Minimum experience of 3 years is preferred
- Experience in digital mental health & wellness space would be an added advantage
- Experience of working in corporate & leading teams is preferred.

**Skills required**
- Excellent oral & written communication skills. Spoken English fluency is a must. Fluency in Hindi & any other language shall be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of research skills
- Ability to empathize with a wide range of people & belief in client centric approach
- Good Listening skills
- Knack for public speaking & screen presence
- Adhere to leadership skills to function in a team, drive & motivate teammates.
- Ability to collaborate & work with cross-functional teams across the organisation
- Capacity for handling stressful and possible volatile situations across all population including adolescents, adults and senior citizens.
