The Role

AYOO Care invites a licensed Clinical Psychologist to step into a role that transcends traditional practice—a chance to shape the future of mental healthcare with us. You will illuminate lives through comprehensive psychological assessments, insightful diagnostics, and bespoke treatment plans crafted for individuals of all ages and families alike. Your voice will resonate beyond the clinic, championing mental health awareness through compelling video and written content, and representing AYOO Care in initiatives that inspire change. With your insights, we will refine our craft, elevate the client journey, and set a new standard for care. In collaboration with dedicated teams and external partners, you will weave a tapestry of holistic support, ensuring every individual we serve feels seen, heard, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform psychological assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based interventions for individuals and families.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing diverse mental health needs.
- Create video and written content to promote mental health awareness initiatives.
- Provide insights to enhance clinical methodologies and improve client care.
- Train and mentor new psychologists and therapists to uphold high standards of practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers for integrated, holistic care.
- Act as a resource for staff, supporting them in meeting clients' unique needs.

Requirements

- Education: MPhil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 5-7 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing clinical psychologist.
- Licensure: Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) license to practice.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build strong client and team relationships.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (professional level); conversational Kannada highly preferred.
- Expertise: Proven proficiency in psychological assessments and evidence-based mental health treatments.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with experience in multidisciplinary settings.
