We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Physician Recruiter to join our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clinical leaders to understand the staffing needs for various physician specialties.
Facilitate interviews between physicians providing support throughout the process.
Stay up-to-date on healthcare trends, regulations, and physician recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate with HR and the credentialing team to ensure the timely completion of all necessary documentation and background checks for new hires.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruiting physicians or other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of medical licensing, certification, and credentialing processes.
- Strong understanding of various physician specialties and their specific recruitment needs.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
