Require **Architect **with 4-5 Years Experience with Flair for Design and Capable of sound Contribution towards Mix Use Architecture as well as Corporate office Designing Projects.

Software skills **:AUTO CAD/ SKETCH UP/ Lumion/ Vray/ IN DESIGN/3D Modeling (Good knowledge of cad is a must)/ MS Office**

**Job Description / Responsibilities**:

- Transforming client requirements and desires through design output
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
- Converting concept into sketch up models with Lumion Renderings
- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
- Up to date knowledge about new design trands and materials
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, eye for design and passionate individual

Languages Known : English/ Hindi/ Marathi

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
