**As a Equity Dealer at HENSEX Securities**, you will be responsible for executing trades, tracking the portfolios, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial services operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute buy and sell orders for stocks and other financial instruments as per client instructions and market conditions.
- Monitor market trends, economic news, and company-specific developments and inform our clients.
- Help clients in Managing and maintaining portfolios, ensuring compliance as per their objectives and risk tolerance.
- Provide timely market insights, research reports, and investment recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Cross Selling the products to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Min 1 year of experience as a Stock Market Dealer or in a similar trading role.
- Proven track record of successful trading and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
- Proficient in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

**Salary**: We offer a competitive salary and commission structure that commensurate with Industry levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
