Key Responsibilities:

- **Executing Trades**:

- Ensure that all trades are completed efficiently, at the best possible prices for clients.
- **Market Analysis and Research**:

- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and company performance to make informed recommendations.
- Analyze stock prices, trading volumes, and related data to guide investment decisions.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients about market conditions, trade executions, and portfolio management strategies.
- Provide recommendations for stock purchases or sales based on clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
- **Risk Management**:

- Assess and manage the risks associated with various stock trades.
- May use various risk management tools and strategies to limit potential losses for clients or institutions.
- **Compliance and Regulation**:

- Adhere to regulatory requirements set by financial authorities (e.g., SEC in the U.S., FCA in the UK).
- Maintain accurate records of trades and client interactions to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- **Portfolio Management (in some cases)**:

- Help clients build and manage equity-focused portfolios.
- Make recommendations on diversifying investments to mitigate risks while aiming for potential growth.
- **Communication and Reporting**:
