Dispatch Supervisor

**Position: Store Supervisor**

**Location: Sonipat**

**Salary: ₹15,000 per month**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
- Monitor and manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Utilize software systems to manage inventory and generate reports.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically in using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of any inventory management or store software (training will be provided if necessary).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or supply chain management is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
