Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain our products/services to potential customers and answer their questions effectively.
- Generate leads, Walk-ins and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system. Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written Malayalam is essential.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
