WHAT'S THE ROLE?
Hilti’s Leadership Program (HLP) is a high impact, fast-track program designed to shape the future leaders of our business. Through structured rotations, and mentorship from senior leaders, this program is a launchpad for ambitious talent looking to build a long-term, global career in Marketing.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
**Hilti Leadership Program is phased into 3 stages**:
- **6 months -**onboarding & Training + Live sales project
- **24 months -**Area Sales Manager stint (Metro cities)
- **Landing role -**Product Manager (Gurgaon)
**6 Months
- Onboarding & Training + Live sales project**
Begin your journey with a 6-month structured training program to immerse yourself in Hilti’s unique direct selling model, customer engagement tools, and market strategy.
**24 Months - Area Sales Manager**
As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing Account Managers to drive business growth and customer excellence.
- You will build deep product and customer knowledge by solving real problems on real job site
- Achieve net sales targets, manage fair pricing, monitor competition & manage market
- Penetrate accounts in assigned territory, grow customer base & active customer engagement
- Ensure accelerated introduction of new products & participate in sales promotions
- Develop and coach team members to drive performance
**Landing Role
- Product Management**
- Strategic Role that prepares you for a global marketing career
- Drive product development, launch, pricing & initiatives
Formulate strategy for Product Leadership Team
- Manage revenue, gross margin & OPEX of assigned product
- Partner with PLS Team in Hilti Global & Trade Managers in regional HUB Marketing

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- An Engineering Degree and MBA/PGDM from premier B-school (completed or currently pursuing and will complete in 2026)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience ideally in sales and marketing
- Ability to identify and define problems, think critically, and implement solutions
- Comfort simplifying complex issues, influencing diverse stakeholders, and driving alignment
- Passion for building a long-term career in Sales & Marketing with a global mindset
- Flexibility to relocate across India for roles and assignments
- (Metro Cities, for Sales exposure - 30 months and Gurugram for PM role)
