**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee daily stock levels, ensure accurate inventory counts, and assist in physical stock-taking.
- Monitor inventory movement, perform stock reconciliation, and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items, especially delicate electronic and X-ray components, to avoid damage or loss.
- Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods and materials.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Enter data related to inventory transactions, stock levels, and orders into the ERP or inventory management system.
- Generate inventory reports, maintain stock records, and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process purchase orders, issue material requisitions, and track material consumption.
- Prepare periodic reports related to stock levels, aging inventory, and stock movements.
- **Stock Audits and Reconciliation**:

- Perform regular audits and reconciliation of physical stock with system records.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of quarterly or annual stock audits.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
- Ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining accurate records for audits and traceability.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all inventory management procedures are followed in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe storage environment to comply with safety guidelines, especially for sensitive electronic and X-ray equipment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in stores and inventory management, preferably in the electronics or X-ray manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience with inventory management software (ERP systems, Excel, or similar tools).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage stock levels and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Good communication skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/ITI or equivalent in electronics/electrical/supply chain management.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and work for long hours in a warehouse environment.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience handling high-value or sensitive inventory, especially in the electronics or medical devices sector.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in handling sensitive materials.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
