**Job Title: Store Executive**

**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka
**Salary**: Rs 20,000 - 27000 gross per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant store, ensuring stock levels are maintained and operations run smoothly.
- Oversee the **entire supply chain process**, including receiving, storing, and distributing restaurant supplies and materials.
- Maintain accurate **inventory records**, monitor stock levels, and perform regular audits to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **local vendors and suppliers**, ensuring timely procurement of high-quality materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to **forecast demand** and plan store requirements accordingly.
- Handle documentation and **reporting** related to inventory, purchases, and stock management.
- Assist with **price negotiations** with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management or related field is a plus.
- **2-3 years** of experience in store management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of the **Bengaluru market** and **local vendors**.
- Proficiency in **inventory management software** and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and **lead store operations** effectively.
