**Position**:Tele-Calling / Tele-Sales Intern
**Location**:CRPF Square, Bhubaneswar
**Duration**:90 days (with possible extension).

**Key Responsibilities**

**- Make Outbound Calls**:Reach out to potential customers to promote our products/services.

**- Generate Leads**:Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.

**- Engage Customers**:Build relationships with customers and answer their questions.

**- Support Sales**:Help close sales by following up on leads and providing necessary information.

**- Maintain Records**:Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

**- Collect Feedback**:Gather customer feedback to improve our services.

**- Collaborate with Team**:Work with the sales team to meet targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**:You should be currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**:You should have good verbal communication skills in Odia, Hindi & English.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:You should have the ability to connect with customers over the phone.
- **Motivated**:You should be motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in sales.
- **Tech Savvy**:You should have basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (this is a plus).
