Tele counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Tele Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding and assisting potential clients/students/customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, and providing the right solutions or course details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Counsel prospects regarding [admissions/services/products].
• Explain offerings, benefits, and processes clearly.
• Maintain records of conversations and update databases.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Regional language).
• Ability to listen patiently and guide effectively.
• Prior experience in tele counselling, tele sales, or customer support is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
