Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Quality Assurance Management: Oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process in the TMT Manufacturing Division, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

2. Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to monitor and evaluate the manufacturing process, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring consistent product quality.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements, such as ISO certifications and product specifications.

4. Inspection and Testing: Coordinate and conduct inspections, tests, and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.

5. Non-Conformance Management: Investigate and analyze non-conformances, customer complaints, and product failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

6. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality control procedures, quality standards, and best practices to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.

8. Data Analysis: Utilize quality management software and statistical tools to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for process optimization and quality enhancement.

9. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements, conducting supplier audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives as necessary.

10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in cross-functional teams to drive quality enhancements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in TMT production or steel manufacturing.

2. Strong computer proficiency, including experience with quality management software and statistical analysis tools.

3. Knowledge of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001 & IS 1786.

4. Familiarity with TMT manufacturing processes and industry-specific quality requirements.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.

6. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and precision in quality control activities.

7. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with suppliers and customers.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

9. Strong leadership and team management abilities to supervise and train quality control personnel.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
