Financial Services Cloud: Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet specific business requirements in the financial services domain.
Salesforce Lightning Development: Develop custom Lightning Components (Aura and Lightning Web Components) to enhance user interfaces and improve client interactions.
Good knowledge on writing JavaScript code & page optimization capabilities to improve the overall page performance.
Good knowledge on the communication & navigation between custom screens & screen pagination.
Apex and Meta Programming: Develop and maintain complex Apex code, triggers, Asynchronous apex development keeping governor limits in alignment & should be fully aware about the Salesforce recommended best practices for writing apex.
Ability to write test classes to keep the standard of 90% Code coverage maintained throughout the system.
Data Management and Integration: Implement and optimize data integrations with external systems, including ETL processes, APIs, and web services.
Custom Workflows & Automation: Build and maintain custom workflows, flows, and approval processes using OOTB process automation capabilities.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience for end users.
Testing and Deployment: Develop unit tests, perform code reviews, and deploy changes using CI/CD tools & change set deployment.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for solutions, well versed with TDD & deployment docs like Pre/Post deployment steps documents, Release Notes, Deployment Playbook.

Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years in Salesforce development, with 3+ years in Financial Services Cloud and Lightning.
Well versed with feature & capabilities of Experience cloud & strong hold on the development to it.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Mera programming, and JavaScript.
Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, and other web services) & its capabilities. Awareness about different integration design patterns offered by Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Security, Data Modelling, and Object-Oriented principles.
Strong understanding on the Salesforce record sharing capabilities & features Salesforce offered in it.
Strong understanding on the Flows implementation & its capabilities offered by Salesforce.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II & Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant preferred.
Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge on version control for the developed components.
Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader, Work Bench.
Strong knowledge of Change Set deployment process & using CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
Nice-to-Have: Experience in the financial services industry.
