Overseen and supervising the entire end to end sourcing, purchase operation
- Procurement of Imported coal, Exported coal, Free sale coal, mill rejects and transportation management.
- Vendor document preparation, inviting bids, techno-commercial negotiations, contract formulation, prebid and post bid discussions with vendors, for all proceedings with regard to coal procurement from linked source, commercial source, imported source.
- To update Management timely the latest development w.r.t. policy change in railway, Coal Market, the implication and strategies etc.
- Responsible for getting the planned quantity & quality of coal from Port.
- Monitor the Planned Maintenance System implemented on board vessels and ensure they are constantly checking on the progress of the vessels’ planned maintenance through.
- Monitor vessels’ daily reports.
- To coordinate with relevant parties lie sub-contractors, and relevant internal departments for the efficient operations to meet the needs of customers.
- Develop, review & improve procedures associated with the port operations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
