**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**: Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components on residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- **System Testing**: Test the solar energy systems to ensure they are working efficiently and meet safety standards.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on solar systems, identifying any malfunctioning components and repairing or replacing them as needed.
- **Electrical Wiring**: Install and connect wiring and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- **System Monitoring**: Monitor system performance using monitoring software and diagnostic tools, addressing any performance issues promptly.
- **Inspection and Compliance**: Inspect existing systems to ensure they comply with regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with customers regarding system performance, maintenance schedules, and technical issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols when working on rooftops or with electrical systems, ensuring the safety of self, team members, and property.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in solar energy or electrical systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar energy technologies, and system components.
- Ability to use testing equipment and diagnostic tools to assess solar systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift heavy solar panels and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems.
- Experience working with electrical systems or renewable energy technologies.

**Work Environment**:

- Typically works outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- May require early mornings, weekends, and travel to job sites.
- Work may involve physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and climbing ladders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
