**Key Responsibilities**

**1.** Lead generation for national membership acquisition identifying and reach out for membership conversion.

**3.** Retention: To bring value of association & build ISF network through retained members. Activities aligned to generate interest, leverage market intelligence that engages manpower outsourcing companies across the country.

**4. **Meets/Events/Program Management: Strong engagement with leaders for active participation in ISF. Design activities & involvement programs for member retention.

**-This is an individual performance role based out of Delhi.**

**Must have -**
- Experience in **ORGANIC Lead Generation**, Marketing, Database management and Reach out programs.
- Sales and target orientation.
- Ability to build on concept with good presentation skills.
- Can conduct networking events, and webinar sessions to facilitate best practices, knowledge sharing/exchange in building relations

Compensation : 7 - 10 lakhs (including 15% variable)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
